Our Rockford, TN facility lies on the bank of Stock Creek, an estuary of the Tennessee River. Originally constructed in 1997 we are located just 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and 15 mintues from the Knoxville McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS)

Our 109,000 square foot, state of the art facility features 13 single color injection molding machines and 1 multi-shot injection molding machine. Our injection machines range in tonnage from 210 up to 1100 Tons in single color and our Multi-shot machine is a Two Color 990 Ton Engel machine. We also have 2 horizontal flow coating lings featuring Momentive Performance Materials AS4000 and AS4700 hardcoating systems. USi has 6 paint lines, 3 of which utilize 6 axis robots for paint application. Our assembly areas feature both robotic and fixed vision systems for quality assurance.
