We have 13 single color injection machines ranging from 210T up to 1100T of capacity We have a one 990T Engle Two Shot machine available for Prototype or Production All of our injection machines feature robotic part removal and the larger machines feature oversize platens for increased tool size capacity |

USi has two production horizontal flowcoats lines. Hardcoat 1 (left) has been in production since 1998. Hardcoat 2 (right) has been in production since 2005 The hardcoating technology provides a scratch resistant, weatherable coating over polycarbonate molded parts. The flow coating application provides an unparalled surface finish over other application methods. Our paint department features 6 production paint lines. We have 4 automated paint lines, including 3 six axis robots Painting a variety of colors and finishes, including single and two component paints Contact us for specific questions regarding your application |

USi has assembly capability to complement our Molding, Hardcoat and Paint operations. The assembly lines feature high efficiency layouts with vision systems for part and component verification. The assembly lines can be custom tailored to accomodate a large variety of products and components. |
